How long are your products good for unopened?

All of our products are stamped with a “best before” date which gives you our recommendation for the period of time these items are at their peak in terms of flavor. In terms of safety, we do not recommend consumption 3 months past the date shown. Of course storage conditions, such as temperature, can affect the quality of our products.

How long can I keep Victoria products once opened?

Our sauces will remain safe to eat for up to 5 days if properly covered and refrigerated.
Our condiments will last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the item, with pickled and marinated items at the longer end.  All items must be properly covered and refrigerated. Our spices are good for up to two years if stored in a cool, dry place.

Can I freeze any leftover sauce?

Yes, our tomato based sauces will retain their flavor for up to 3 months in the freezer. We recommend using an air tight container, do not freeze in glass jars. We do not recommend freezing Alfredo, Vodka, Four Cheese, Francese, Marsala or Clam Sauces.

Are your products gluten-free?

Most of them are, and if you check the Allergen & Dietary Chart included under the Healthy Eating tab, they are broken out for you.

Are your products Kosher?

Most of our products are Kosher, and you can find them listed on our Allergen & Dietary chart as well.

Do your sauces contain MSG?

No, we do not use MSG in any of the products you see here.

Where can I buy your products?

Our Victoria Classic items are carried by most all major supermarkets across the United States. Gina Rispoli is carried by Safeway and many supermarkets in the Northeast. You can find Victoria Vegan at many local natural foods stores, as well as in the natural food sections of some supermarket chains, for example Safeway in Northern CA. Victoria Trading Co. is available only at Walmart and White Linen at Costco.

Do you give out coupons?

As a coupon program would result in additional costs which would then need to be passed along, we instead work diligently with our retail partners to offer the best possible prices.  Significant savings can be achieved if you take full advantage of any discounted pricing offered at your favorite stores.

Do you have any promotions currently?

These are done on a store-by-store basis, and the best way to benefit from them would be to check in periodically with your favorite retailers.

Who is Victoria?

Surprisingly, there is no consensus on this within the family. Most of us believe it comes from the word victory in Italian, which is “vittoria.” How the first “t” became a “c” is most likely just one of those, common in those days, lost in translation occurrences.
